Coach Scott Molle

Current Team
16U Blue

I have been a part of softball for 25 plus years. I started by love for the diamond when my daughter played for MAA and I was the head coach from the very first team. It was then that I knew my true happy place was on the dirt. After moving along with MAA, I then started to coach the first travel teams Middletown had and then decided that I was going full time into travel ball. I coached with 4 different organizations through out my years and established off season workouts when it started to become the norm at Jeff Manto’s place in Newtown. After coaching travel for many years I then was offered to be one of the assistants at Neshaminy High School for the girls varsity team. It was an incredible experience coaching for the school I attended and love dearly. After Neshaminy, I then turned my focus to recruiting and teaching the youth of America the game of softball. I worked part time for Softball Factory out of Baltimore Maryland. I traveled across the country to help the girls in the recruitment process and we ran clinics to teach the younger ones. This was one of the best experiences I had with softball as I learned so much from being around Division one college players and gold metal and college of World Series champions. The woman I worked with opened my eyes to how to help our youth become not only better players but better woman in society. I then took off a few years after I had some major medical issues and now I’m back into the game of softball thanks to Langhorne and it’s great leaders they have in Mark and Andy. What they have built here I can tell you is one of the best programs around and I have seen a lot over the years. My promise to all the girls and parents is that I will do nothing but work my hardest to improve the girls abilities on the field and become better young ladies off the field. Respect and commitment is the vital keys to having a successful TEAM.
